Sub-Bottom Profiler Innomar Compact is used for inshore surveys in shallow-water down to 400 meters water depth, but can also be used in coastal areas. Transducer is side-mounted. Because of its small size and weght this system is convenient even on small boats. Sediment penetration is up to 40 meters.

Princip rada i mjerna tehnika
Parametric sub-bottom profiler Innomar Compact consists of transciever and transduder. Transducer is located on the side of the boat partialli submerged int the water. Vertical resolution is 5 cm. It uses two low frequences which combined give a SBP high frequency. Low frequency has better penetration while higher frequency is udes for bottom detection.
