3D Cell Explorer Fluo is a digital holotomographic microscope with corresponding fluorescent module and controlled chamber for cell growth (CO2, humidity).
It is used for continuous monitoring and recording of live cells, with the possibility of including fluorescence in the recordings. Basic obtained information are refractory indexes of the cellular parts. The infromation can reconstruct the cells in precise 3D display. The level of phototoxicity with this imager is minimal in regard to epifluorescence and standard live-cell imaging.Uža područja primjene
