Opći opis
1.Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS) provides elemental and chemical analysis of samples from a wide range of applications in technical and natural sciences inside the SEM. The detector is controlled by AZtec software, which is a new and revolutionary materials characterization system that gathers accurate data at the micro- and nanoscales.
2.Scanning transmission electron microscopy detector (STEM) is an adapter that provides a complementary method for image acquisition of the transmitted electrons. STEM detector offers great opportunity to acquire transmission electron microscopy (TEM) comparable images with all advantages of the scanning electron microscope.
3.The device allows vacuum impregnation of samples with resin and removal of trapped air bubbles during resin hardening and thus the negative consequences during polishing of such samples.
4.This device is a manual polishing machine for various types of materials. It can be manually operated or programmed and controlled via the touch screen with options for setting operating parameters.
5.The device allows controlled dehydration of delicate samples for SEM analysis. It preserves the surface structure of a specimen which could otherwise be damaged due to surface tension when changing from the liquid to gaseous state.Uža područja primjene
