The instrument for stationary and time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) can record the fluorescence spectra of common solutions and solid samples, but the special feature of this instrument is the possibility of time-resolved fluorescence measurements of time-resolved fluorescence solutions with a resolution below 1 ns, which allows accurate and precise characterization of any fluorescent solution.

Guaranteed SQRT or FSD Signal to Noise Ratio of at least 6,000:1 for the water Raman signal (excitation at 350 nm, emission at 397 nm, with a 1 second integration time and 5 nm spectral bandwidth). Background signal defined as amplitude at 450nm, without background subtraction and without averaging.
