NMR spectrometer Bruker Avance 300 is equipped with a 7 T superconducting magnet and two probes for 5 mm diameter liquid state samples: Double resonance broad band probe - BBO (an observe tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for X-nuclei detection) and Double resonance broad band probe - BBI (an inverse tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for 1H detection). Broadband channel with frequency range 12 – 122 MHz can be optimized for nuclei from 107Ag to 31P. Both probes can use Z-gradient at all frequencies. Measurements can be performed in the temperature range of 293 - 373 K.
