Opći opis
The Nikon Eclipse TE300 is a high-end research microscope. Inverted microscope, modular building with upgrade capability (fluorescence, cell chamber, phase contrast).
The micromanipulation system Narishige is mounted on the microscope with a joystick micromanipulator MN-151, pneumatic microinjector IM-9C and microinjector IM-9B. The microscope is equipped with a Color CCD camera.

Opis tržišne prilike
The Nikon Eclipse TE300 is the only microscope in Zagreb where micromanipulation and microinjection of embryos of laboratory animals (mouse, rat) can be performed. On the microscope, it is possible to use new genetic engineering technologies involving the introduction of designed vector systems (CRISPR/Cas, RNAi). As such, it is open to all laboratories / research groups interested in this technology in the Republic of Croatia and neighboring countries.
Opis usluge
The openness to the external research community is expressed in the organization of training for methodology of work with the embryos, or in the form of expertise in national and international collaborative projects.
Expertise includes: visualization, inspection and recording of microscopic preparations and micromanipulation of embryos of pre-implantation and post-implantation stages and cell cultures, including direct transfection of genetic material by microinjection.
