Opći opis
The Microgrid consists of an alternate (AC) and a direct (DC) part. The AC part consists of a the model of run-of-river hydro power plant with a Pelton turbine with nominal power 20 kVA. The Microgrid is connected to the real external electric power network (the rigid network), which the microgrid generation units can be synchronized with and exchange power.
A bidirectional AC/DC converter with nominal power 20 kVA makes the interface to the DC part of the microgrid which consists of two DC electronic loads 2×2,4 kW, solar power plant 10 kW, and battery storage system with 34 kWh capacity.
The Microgrid can be observed on two big screens and controlled using SCADA system PROZA NET manufactured by Končar KET, Croatia.Uža područja primjene

Depends if there is a joint research project. If there is a common research interest, the equipment can be used for free, otherwise we charge 5000 kn per day (8 hours).

After liberalization of the electricity sector, more and more network users are becoming active in the form of microgrid. For optimal operation and maximization of the profit it is essential to test the developed simulation models of all microgrid devices, as well as the model of entire microgrid. The AC/DC MICROGRID device enables testing of various devices in a known environment.
