Princip rada i mjerna tehnika
The particle size distribution measurement is based on principles of Dynamic
Light Scattering (DLS), while Doppler velocimetry (electrophoretic light scattering,
ELS) is used for zeta potential measurement. The instrument also includes
Phase Analysis Light Scattering (PALS) measurements for samples
with low mobilities, while the available three scattering angles (90°, forward
and backscattering) allow optimal experimental conditions for sizing of small
particles and polyelectrolytes (< 50 nm) or aggregated turbid samples.
