Six measurement modes are directly accessible: photometric values measurements, spectrum acquisition, quantification measurements, kinetics studies, time course methods and bio methods:
Measures the photometric value at one or more wavelengths (up to eight).
Measures the spectrum of samples using wavelength scanning.
From the measurement of a series of standards it generates a calibration curve on the basis of which unknown concentrations are calculated.
It measures the change in absorbance as a function of time from which information on enzyme activity is obtained. A kinetic measurement method or a velocity measurement method can be selected.
5. "Time Course" method
Measures changes over time in photometric values at a given wavelength.
Quantifies DNA or protein concentrations.
